Surprise!

And we're off to San Francisco for an adventure.

Waiting for my surprise.

Tim took me to the Ferry Building for coffee and to wander around the shops. At 3:15 a beautiful bus pulled up. We hopped in and were off down Embarcadero.

We drove through North Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, down Lombard street, through the Marina and we stopped to view the Golden Gate Bridge.

Tim and I with Lillie.
She is named after Lillie Hitchcock-Coit. Coit Tower is also named after the same lady.
Lillie became famous after encouraging a neighborhood to help firemen put out a burning home.
San Francisco named Lillie an honorary firefighter.

Our tour guide Ryan.

Next stop, Lombard Street, which isn't the most crooked road in San Francisco.

We drove through Golden Gate Park to Haight-Ashbury and we stopped at Twin Peaks.
Twin Peaks is one of the best views of the city.

Eating Boudin Sourdough at Twin Peaks.

We finished our tour with a drive through Mission, Castro and stopped at the park where the opening scene of Full House was filmed.

Our tour  guide dropped us off at an all vegetarian and vegan restaurant called Source. The food was delicious!

I love this man!

Last stop: Beers at 21st Amendment!
